If that small missile that didn’t kill anyone is something that needs to be retaliated against in some way but if you bomb beijing to rubble then they will escalate and we will have people dead. The situation in Israel is not comparable in that regard because Israel can escalate off the charts and the Palestinians cannot.

I pointed out the nuances in the story itself that I had read which subtly worded it like that. They noted in the story that the round of rockets did not result in casualties. I don’t condone any terrorism whether it takes life or not.
